The Promoter is Clydaville Investments t/a The KILKENNY Group Head Office (the “Promoter”) having its place of business at 3 New Street, Killarney, Co Kerry.

Rules & Regulations:

• Duration of the promotion: The promotional period runs from 9am 1st February 2024 until midnight 28th February 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

• The promoter will choose one winner from the promotional period from entries across Clydaville Investments Ltd t/a The Kilkenny Group stores i.e Cliffs of Moher Craft & Gift Store, Bunratty Craft & Design Store, Kilkenny Design stores at Nassau St, Kilkenny Design Centre & Killarney, Christy’s Gift Store Killarney and Cobh and online USA customers at www.us.kilkennydesign.com

• Each customer who signs up to the email database at Cliffs of Moher Craft & Gift Store,  during the promotional period will be entered into a draw; the draw will include a combined pool of entrants across Cliffs of Moher Craft & Gift Store, Bunratty Craft & Design Store, , Kilkenny Design stores at Nassau St, Kilkenny Design Centre and Killarney, Christy’s Gift Store Killarney and Cobh and online US customers at www.us.kilkennydesign.com

• Only one entry applies per customer.

• Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

• No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion.

• Each customer entry much sign up with a verified email and agree to the email marketing consent for the specific store location at either Cliffs of Moher Craft & Gift Store, Bunratty Craft & Design Store, Kilkenny Design stores at Nassau St, Kilkenny Design Centre & Killarney and  Christy’s Gift Store Killarney and Cobh, or online at www.kilkennydesign.com

• Incorrect or unverified email addresses will be disqualified.

• The competition is not open to residents in the Republic of Ireland.

• The prize consists of a free flight voucher to Ireland to the value of €1,000.

• By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted the terms & conditions and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data. All entry instructions form part of the rules of the Prize Draw.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.

• The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

• The promoter will select and contact the winner via email. The winner will be notified within 30 days of the closing date of the Promotional Period. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. However, if the winner has not responded to notification within 7 days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

• The prize will be delivered in the form of a voucher to the value of €1,000 towards the cost of airline flights. It is the sole discretion of The Promoter to amend or adjust delivery of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to choose the airline in which the flight voucher to the value of €1,000 is for.

• By participating in this draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions and take full responsibility for additional costs that may be incurred as a direct result of winning flights to the value of €1,000 to Ireland. This includes but is not limited to food & accommodation costs, additional travel costs, travel insurance, car hire, spending money, transfers, flight taxes and baggage fees and any additional cost that may incur outside of the stated prize voucher value.

• The Promoters' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserve the right without prior notice to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.

• All entrants’ data will only be processed to the extent necessary to select a winner.

• For details of the winner please send a stamped addressed envelope to Customer Service, Kilkenny Design, Churchfield, Cork stating for which competition you would like winner details.

• The Promotion is open only to Clydaville Investments Ltd customers over the age of 18.

• The Promotion is not available to staff or relatives of Clydaville Investments Ltd.

• The airline company for which flights are booked under the Prize, are not affiliated in any way with this competition.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment of any kind in relation to travel/flights suffered by any entrant in entering the Promotion or in connection with the Prize, including but not limited to as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize. The Promoter provides no warranty as to the fitness or condition of the Prize.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any flight amendments/delays/issues with the airline for which the voucher chosen.

• These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Promotion), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law.

• The Courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

• By participating all entries consent to take part in reasonable media activity in the event they win the Prize Draw. This includes press release coverage, TV, radio, print & social media and digital channels for Clydaville Investments Ltd

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any given time.
